In her frequent travels, Linda Smith the founder of Canapes Gastronomiques, has accumulated a wide knowledge of international flavours as reflected in her range of canapés.

Her qualifications include professional haute cuisine cookery. Her experience was gained with the professionals at The Connaught Hotel. She also completed the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma, and has the knowledge and experience to choose the perfect wines and cocktails to complement different varieties of food for: cocktail, luncheon, business and private parties.
