The menu can offer a balance of fish, meat, vegetarian and sweet canapes presented on an assortment of bases, in speciality mini dishes or on skewers. the stylish trays we use are
designed to enhance food presentation.
Celebration cheese towers: tiers of cheese decorated with fruit and flowers.
Wine tastings: for sheer indulgence, sip Sauternes with a fine pate topped with a Madeira and truffle glaze. If the budget blanches at that, try an oaked Semillon instead. Moving onto the sweet course, in the glass an orange Muscat or Banyuls; in the mouth, a mini chocolate cup filled with a chocolate cream.

Vintage-era teas: a classic tea served on vintage-era disposable tableware or vintage-era crockery hire.
Hen parties: a variety of saucy nibbles and a small bottle of Champage placed in a party box, for the hen’s night out.
Baby showers: cocktail sandwiches with blue corn chips, Pink and blue mini cupcakes, Baby moccacinos. Berried fruit brochettes. accompanied by pink or blue non alcoholic bubbly.
Oscar night: star shaped golden canapes served on red velvet. Small “Hollywood” themed cakes. Mini shots of Champagne jelly. Popcorm. Accompanied by Champagne served in a
